Cartoon characters come in all shapes and sizes, some are really buff cartoon character we write there's something
about those with big arms that always seems to capture our attention.
From superheroes to villains, these cartoon characters have big muscles you will surprise when you read our post big forearms cartoon characters that would
make even the most dedicated bodybuilder jealous.
Cartoon Characters With Big Arms List
In this blog post, we'll
be exploring the top 24 cartoon characters with big arms of all time.
Whether you're a fan of classic cartoons or the latest animated shows,
there's bound to be a character on this list that you'll recognize and
love. So, without further ado, let's take a closer look at some of the
most buff and powerful cartoon characters ever created.
24. Alejandro from Total Drama Island
Alejandro is extremely attractive with a deep tan and toned muscles, making him the most good-looking male in the show.
However, his good looks have been the downfall of many campers, causing him to hold the record for the second-highest number of eliminations. Despite this,
he's not muscular enough to rank high on this list.
23. Beardy from Gravity Falls
Half bull and half man, Beardy is a Manotaur, which is basically a
Minotaur, but extremely manly. Like the rest of his kind, Beardy lives
in a cave in the town of Gravity Falls.
His name is after his brown
beard, and he is extremely muscular.
22. Popeye from Popeye the Sailor Man Cartoons
I'm not sure if spinach helps with muscle growth, but Popeye is a
muscular cartoon character. He has big forearms even before eating
spinach,
but after, his biceps become even bigger, and he becomes very
strong. However, his forearms are too big for his body, so he should
focus on developing the rest of his body for balance.
21. Stan Smith from American Dad
Another
cartoon character with big arms is Stan Smith from American Dad. He's
not a bodybuilder, but as a CIA agent, he's in great shape and skilled
in fighting.
Once, he even entered a bodybuilding contest to beat his
wife Francine, who had become a bodybuilder.
20. McBain from The Simpsons
Mcbain is a fictional action movie hero in the The Simpsons movies series, resembling a mix between Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger, complete with a thick Austrian accent.
He's heavily muscled like a cartoon character and extremely strong.
19. Johnny Bravo from Johnny Bravo Animated TV series
Johnny Bravo is Buff Cartoon character with blonde hair. He’s sort of the stereotypical meathead, right? But, he’s awesome. Always looking good. Always chasing babes. Never without a reason to flex his biceps. Johnny Bravo, we get you.
18. Clean Gene from Rocko’s Modern Life
If you didn’t know there is such a thing as a Clean Gene, then you probably haven’t watched the tenth episode of the third season of Rocko’s Modern Life.
In short, after an embarrassing incident involving spinach in his teeth, Rocko has a dream about personal hygiene, where he meets Clean Gene the Hygiene Genie.
The Gene, who looks like an ape, is obsessed with hygiene and tried to re-educate Rocko about hygiene. Being a gene, the Clean Gene is really muscular and has a very developed upper body.
17. Powdered Toast Man from Ren & Stimpy
Powdered Toast Man is a superhero and product presenter with traditional superpowers like super-strength and flight. He's also able to launch himself from a toaster, which is pretty weird.
Despite his busy schedule, he clearly makes time for working out, with well-defined big arms, chest, abs, quads, and calves.
16. Sgt. Slaughter from G.I. Joe
Sgt. Slaughter is a character based on wrestler Robert Rudolph Remus, known as Sgt. Slaughter. He's the most muscular of all the Joes, who work out daily.
He has big arms and is one of the toughest guys on this list, but lacks the definition and mass to make it into the top 15.
15. Mr. Incredible from The Incredibles
You can’t get much brawnier than Bob Parr! Bob is an exceptionally muscular man with a broad chest, shoulders, arms, and legs. Obviously, in his twenties,
when he was more slim-waisted, he could have made it higher on this list, but now in his forties, he became somewhat obese with a large gut, which seriously harms his ranking.
14. Genie from Aladdin Disney Film
Genie, the wish-granter from the lamp, is bald and possesses incredible cosmic powers. Some suggest that he may even be the most powerful being in the universe.
He has a robust physique, with a broad chest and muscular arms, though we can't see much of his legs since he's often depicted as smoke.
13. SpongeBob from SpongeBob SquarePants
SpongeBob has gotten muscular a few times, not including the episode where he wore fake inflatable arms to impress Sandy.
He actually hit the gym on some occasions and became one of the most impressively buff cartoon characters ever.
However, his arms usually look like extra thin spaghetti, which affected his ranking on my list.
12. Bupkus from Space Jam 1996 Film
One of the fearful aliens in the film, Bupkus is the buff purple cartoon monster.
Bupkus, who stole Larry Johnson’s talent, is a very cocky alien who takes pleasure in hurting the Looney Tunes.
He is a dangerous individual with huge bulging shoulders and matching gigantic arms.
11. Tarzan from The Legend of Tarzan TV series
It's said that the Tarzan animators consulted with an anatomy professor
to learn how to draw a man with an impressive physique.
The result is
Tarzan's magnificent body. In the "Tarzan and the Return of La" episode,
we get to see Tarzan flexing his chest and bicep muscles.
He looks
great in this pose! However, based on his weight of around 170 pounds,
Tarzan would be classified as a light-heavyweight, and I have much
bigger guys on my list.
10. Brock Samson from The Venture Bros. TV Series
Brock Samson, the ultra-violent secret agent, is famous for his muscular body.
Although he developed a potbelly after quitting his job at the beginning of Season four, he later regained his fit build.
He's also known as the "Walking Swedish Murder Machine" because he's built like a tank and can withstand a lot of physical punishment.
However, like many on my list, his legs aren't as impressive as his upper body.
As I've said before, skipping leg day is never a good idea!
9. Hercules from Hercules 1997 Disney Film
Wow, it seems like Hercules is following Arnold Schwarzenegger's bicep workout! However, because he is a Demigod, his true physical strength goes beyond just his muscle mass.
Despite this, his muscles still look impressive, but what's more important is his ability to lift heavy boulders and pull large ships along the beach.
Whatever his training routine may be, it's definitely working for him and I would even include him in my top 10 list of strong individuals.
8. Pecs from Pink Panther
Pecs is the head honcho of the superhero squad called the 7 Manly Men.
Like the other members, Pecs is the uncle of Touty, a little girl who was let down by the toy inside her box of "Bongo Smacks" cereal.
Alongside his teammates, Uncle Pecs stands up to the cereal company's owner to get a better surprise for their cherished niece.
While Pecs is impressively built with muscles upon muscles, his ranking may be hindered by his small legs.
7. Rick and Summer from Rick and Morty Animated Series
There's this episode of Rick and Morty called "Something Ricked This Way Comes" where Rick and Summer bulk up to take down the devil.
They pump iron and do everything possible to achieve impressive muscles. Afterwards, they go around beating up wrongdoers.
In this version, Rick and Summer have well-defined and balanced cartoon muscles with minimal body fat, which qualifies them to be in the top ten of the list.
6. Major Man from PowerPuff Girls
Major Man is a superhero, but he's actually the one causing all the disasters he claims to be stopping!
Fortunately, the PowerPuff Girls caught him in the act and got him to confess.
Major Man left town in disgrace. It's worth noting, though, that he does have a pretty muscular physique.
5. Jorgen Von Strangle from Fairly Oddparents
Jorgen's body is incredibly muscular, emphasized even more by his naturally sun-kissed skin.
He takes pleasure in flaunting his giant muscles and once unintentionally suffocated Binky with his massive pecs.
Jorgen is the strongest fairy out there, both in Fairy World and beyond. Despite this, Jorgen's muscles aren't exactly ripped,
so I'm placing him in sixth place and searching for even more muscular cartoon characters.
4. Superman from Superman/Batman Public Enemies Animated Film
In an animated movie featuring the joint efforts of Superman and Batman against the President of the United States, Lex Luthor,
Superman is depicted with enormous muscles and impressive cartoon abs.
When I first saw the film, I thought the animators might have gone overboard with those abs, but it motivated me to hit the gym for a grueling ab workout.
3. He-Man from He-Man and the Masters of the Universe
He-Man is known as the strongest man in the universe and his muscles prove it.
Even to this day, He-Man remains a muscular figure with broad shoulders, his big arms and chiseled abs in cartoons.
It's safe to assume that his body was designed to be the epitome of strength and power.
Despite this, Mattel Toys made an effort to not make him too muscular, as there are still some characters in cartoons with enough muscle to defeat him.
2. The Tick from The Tick 1994 Animated Series
The National Super Institute has assigned The Tick as the superhero protector of The City, and for good reason.
He is an incredibly durable and muscular individual, possessing an impressive physique.
The Tick has well-developed upper body muscles, giving him immense strength, and his muscular legs provide him with the ability to jump higher than most.
He truly is the complete package when it comes to physical prowess.
1. Hulk from The Incredible Hulk 1982 TV Series
The appearance of the Hulk character has varied throughout his existence in various media forms, including comics, TV shows, and movies.
While some portrayals have emphasized the Hulk's muscularity, others have focused on his big size arms and strength.
It's worth noting that the depiction of muscularity in fictional characters is often exaggerated and not necessarily realistic. Moreover, what one person considers the most muscular cartoon character may differ from another's opinion.
In summary, while the Hulk has been depicted as muscular in the world, the perception of his muscularity may vary depending on the viewer's interpretation.
